In contrast to pneumatic pumps, these double diaphragm pumps are operated electromechanically, do not require a permanent air supply or hydraulic fluid and are therefore particularly energy-efficient. Our stainless steel pumps are also highly corrosion-resistant and are often used in the pharmaceutical industry and in food technology.

The Dellmeco pumps in the SEMI DMS series have been specially developed for the semiconductor industry. The individual assembly of the strain gauge pumps takes place in a CLEAN ROOM CLASS 100, where all parts are double cleaned and tested with demineralized water. After completion, they are double-sealed in foil.
