Pneumatic double diaphragm pump for use in the industry

Unlike other suppliers of pneumatic pumps, Dellmeco specialises in the manufacture of double diaphragm pumps. As the name suggests, pneumatic pumps are operated using compressed air or nitrogen and are particularly suitable for industrial applications. Thanks to the wide range of materials and numerous variants, Dellmeco pumps fulfil the most diverse requirements of various industries, such as the chemical or food industry.

Pneumatic pumps in various designs

In order to fulfil the individual requirements of our customers, we offer our pneumatic pumps in various material designs. Our double diaphragm pumps made of plastic are resistant to almost all chemicals and are particularly durable. Our diaphragm pumps enable particularly gentle material handling and can build up a delivery pressure of up to 16 bar. As particularly strict hygiene requirements apply in the food and pharmaceutical industries, our hygiene and food pumps with TFM diaphragms, which prevent the growth of bacteria and germs, are ideal. Pneumatic pumps in solar or semiconductor design round off the wide-ranging assortment.

Our pneumatic and electric double diaphragm pumps are available in the following materials:

Plastic double diaphragm pumps
Our modular design plastic pump housings are milled from PE, PTFE, PP or PVDF and are resistant to almost all chemicals as a result. Thanks to the smooth diaphragm surface, the pump technology allows for particularly gentle material delivery. As a result, these double diaphragm pumps are particularly robust and can be operated at temperatures from -40°C to +120°C. In addition, delivery pressures of up to 16.0 bar are possible. The oil and grease-free air motor convinces with its very low air consumption and allows for the delivery of viscose media up to a maximum of 20,000 mPas.
Metal double diaphragm pumps
Dellmeco pumps with metal housing are resistant to abrasive media. They are suitable for the delivery of chemicals, solvents, oils and paints. Alongside the gentle material delivery, we would also like to highlight the particularly low air consumption here. Our metal pumps can also be operated at temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and with delivery pressures of up to 16.0 bar. Thanks to the smooth diaphragm surface, no membrane screw is required.
Hygienic double diaphragm pumps (AISI 316L)
The hygienic double diaphragm pumps from Dellmeco are FDA approved thanks to the smooth diaphragm surface since the TFM prevents the growth of bacteria and germs. In addition, all components which come into contact with the media are made from stainless steel and thus meet the standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries. If you need special surface treatments, these are available upon request.
Solar and semiconductor models
The Dellmeco pumps in the SEMI DMS range were specially developed for the semiconductor industry. The individual assembly of the DMS pumps occurs in CLASS 100 CLEANROOMS; all parts are double cleaned and tested with demineralised water here. After completion, these are double sealed in film.
